While no one has experienced a pandemic like the current COVID-19 crisis, we have weathered similar storms in the past by working together with the members of our great community.

Effective Friday, May15, we are open for sales, service, and parts. 

We have returned to normal operating hours and our doors are open to the public. Appointments are encouraged, simply call usa at (888) 305-6488 and one of our team members will be there to schedule a time that works best for you. We will continue to offer online sales for our clients who are more comfortable completing their transaction remotely.

Though we have always been very meticulous about the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings, we have implemented the following measures to ensure your service appointment is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. 

Preventative Measures Implemented as Recommended By The CDC and Other Health Agencies

  • Each team member is wearing a face mask to mitigate the spread.  Please do your part as well and wear a covering prior to entering.
  • Each dealership has formed a COVID-19 "Task Force" that evaluates and monitors the developing situation daily.
  • Cleaning Teams have undergone in-dealership training and are using CDC recommended cleaning (antibacterial sprays, bleach/water mixes, and wipes).
  • Schedule of Frequent disinfecting of desks, counters, chairs, phones, keyboards and door handles has been implemented.
  • Various doors throughout the dealerships are propped open to help limit physical contact with handles and glass.
  • Hand sanitizer is readily available at every desk/workstation.
  • Company and Personal Travel Ban has been put into effect.
  • Encourage staff to stay home if they feel sick or have been in contact with someone who is feeling sick.

Vehicle Sanitization Procedures

  • Clients and Team Members will be practicing the 6 Feet Rule of distancing
  • Team Members are equipped with protective gloves
  • Client vehicles and loaner vehicles will be sanitized with BactroKill (leading eco-friendly disinfectant spray)
  • Installation of protective seat covers, paper floor mats, and steering wheel covers
  • Protective gloves will be disposed and replaced after the above protective procedures are completed
